With reference to the above subject, I am cash withdraw from ATM (NO JCRHGJAH**) on dt. **.**.**** of Rs ****/- by debit card but not come out any cash and deduct from my ( Pension Account No **************). I tried a second time cash widhdraw cash come out from ATM amount of Rs ****/- also debit my account , in this way my account have double debit amount of Rs ****/- on dt. **.**.**** attached copy of statement for your ready refrences. I thought will be credit in my account but till date no credit amount of Rs ****/-in my account.

So you are my humble request to investigation and credit in my account for the same amount
