Sir, i had withdraw rs ***** from central bank of india atm machine using my icici bank atm, the is amount debited from my account, but no cash is despensed at ATM machine. The transcation date is */*/**, i had visited cbi bank sevral times but they are ignoring the case by doing it next day always. Noting happned yet it's **/*/**.
