Touch Mobiles(Lead Enterprises) - Cash Fraud

I had been to buy an mobile to Touch Mobiles(Lead Enterprises) in Balapur, under EMI option they said they will provide me from Samsung sure finance, without any down payment n interest rate, but I have to pay Rd. ****.**, as processing fees, I paid through cash but today they are saying I have to pay down payment of around Rd.****.** n monthly EMI around Rd.****.**, so I said I don't want, give me back my Rd.****.** which I paid for processing fees, now they are saying they won't pay back. Either I have to buy that mobile or leave that processing fees amount to them.
I don't have any receipt or invoice so am attaching the call log from the person I spoke to n gave money to him
Person refused to pay was Mr.Sameer, owner Touch Mobiles(Lead Enterprises).
