I travel through Orbit every other weekend. Never had any issues until now. The ticket collector demanded cash instead of online or card payment. I barely carry cash with me. Even after repeated requests he kept asking for cash. His name was Tejinder singh. Very poor experience. After talking with another conductor from that bus they finally received payment through google pay. I hope nobody goes through that hassle ever.
