Subject: Non-Receipt of Promised Cashback from Komaki

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to file a complaint regarding a cashback offer from Komaki. In July ****, I purchased a scooter from Komaki based on a cashback offer communicated to me by Mr. Prateek, the Sales Incharge at Komaki Delhi, via WhatsApp.

After completing the purchase, I was asked to provide the invoice, bank details, and a photo of the scooter, which I duly submitted on **st July ****. Despite multiple follow-ups, Mr. Prateek assured me that the cashback would be credited "today or tomorrow," but as of today, I have not received it.

Unfortunately, Mr. Prateek has stopped responding to my WhatsApp messages (contact number: **********). I also contacted the Komaki Delhi office at **********, where I was informed that Mr. Prateek would call me back, but I have yet to receive any response.

I kindly request your assistance in resolving this issue and ensuring that the promised cashback is credited to my account as soon as possible.
