Wooe.in - Cash back not credited

I registered for a teat series worth Rs *** on the website wooe.in.They claimed that iit madras is conducting this test series and also ***% cash back is available and also one year Netflix subscription is available.But after the registration only we can that understand that minimum **** Rs is needed for the cash back.There is an option to refer our friends and by that way we can earn money .For a single registration they will give add **Rs in your wallet .So after referring my friends ,a total of *** Rs is credited on my wallet.But after that referring others didn't change the amount in the wallet.So i contacted them and they replied that it takes lots of time to verify each registerion.Till now they didn't added any amount to my wallet.After they said that make atleast one purchase by referring your friend.when someone who referred by me purchase any testseries i will get an instant commission.So I referred my friend and she purchased one of their test series.But i didn't get any instant commission.After contacting them now they are not giving any reply.

They are using name of a reputed institution to promote their service. They are completely fake as well as they are using deceptive claims inorder to attract the aspirants.
