Case it up India - Case it up India Package not delivered

Hi Team, I had placed an order with caseitup.in on **th May'** for an Indian cricket team jersey and mobile cover. They took the payment and confirmed the order. As per their shipping details its **-** business days and after contacting them on whats app, email and on instagram, they confirmed that they will deliver my products on **th June'**. However, no delivery on that day. After following up with them multiple times on instagram, they said it is out for delivery on **th June'****, but I didn't receive it. There is no tracking number nor any shipping update on their website or under the order details. They stopped replying to my whats app messages and deleted all my comments on instagram on their page. They posted a story on their instagram on **rd June'** for those who have not received please write to us and we will update them back in a day, but no avail. I am tired of following up with them and they have still not delivered my products and have already taken the payment of Rs.****.**. these guys have given me lot of stress in following up with them and have also differed me from supporting India matches as I dont have the jersey and phone cover.
