I am writing to complain about the poor customer service of IDEA cellular company.
They disconnected my prepaid connection without any information and file case against me the reason is the late payment. Then I go to pay my bill on their outlet and the executive tell me they can't reconnect my number it's permanently disconnected the reason for not reconnect is the number was port from another network. I am willing to pay my bill but I need my number the customer service was helpless.
As a result of disconnection, I missed lots of my work which caused financial loss and embarrassment.
In the circumstances, I believe am entitled to compensation I look hearing from you very soon.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
