Fitmantra - Case against refund

My compaint is against the company Fitmantra based in Mumbai. I had received a call from the company regarding health program and after a brief discussion i took their one session paying **** rupees. As mentioned by the sales executive, it was said , one session costs *k and based on my bmi i m supposed to take * sessions. Sales executive sold me the offer telling..*k is paid for customised diet chart , few of the guides. I took the offer and spoke to their dietician, but the dietician has provided me the chart which is lesser than the diet charts available in the google. As i believe i m educated enough to understand thay fruits and juices will certainly reduce my weight and also, myself was able to take fruits Alone without meals for ** days , I would not have needed the dietician for that.
I kindly request for refund of the amount as i feel this program is total non sense and in fact a scam in the name of health program. Also, i have been trying reach the sales executive since **/**/****, they are avoiding my calls and not responding to my whatsapp messages. ( No mail communication was there as whatsapp is best source of communication) This is a stress. I want a case against a company on the basis of fraud and mental trauma.
