Geetanjali Olympiad Schools - Case against Geetanjali Olympiad Schools – after 2 yrs no improvement on my child

Respected Sir(Consumer court), While taking admission(****) for I class in the school, I spoke to Geetanjali Olympiad Schools, High school branch, Vivekananda agar branch principle – Misses. Gayatri. I am expecting improvement in Reading and writing. She said defiantly.
In this school, I did not see any improvement in school; I spoke to madam (Gayatri) in this school they are not teaching reading writing always pasting the notes (printed notes).
I Spoke to madam this is basic thing which is expecting from the school asking, She says no sir; there are lot improvement on child. Give me more days. I will take care of everything.
Again I spoke to **** in II class, If unable to improve let me know I will take admission another school. She says same story.. Still no improvement on child.
Again I spoke to **** in III class before the year start.. She says please check next one month. If there no improve I will pay books fee return. They still pasting printed notes in note book. Again visited to the school. I spoke to her she says give see **days.. If no improvement I will speak any whichever you want I will give admission. Again pasting notes. Then I took admission in another school. I spoke to her regarding TC and Money back..
Note: Finally she is saying student not co-operating with us, I think he have mentally problem.
Finally they are doing proper job, they saying Mentally problem. They not able improvement on my child. Not only my child most of the children’s are like that only in school. In *th class student also unable to read and write.
I thought I would like speak Chairman of the school, I ask chairman appoint, Gayatri principal madam says is not available out of country, I called kompally branch on of the reception says. Chairman sir available in Hyderabad only. She gives miss guidance. I took Director Suresh sir number. I called * to * times, he said when ever visiting kukatpally branch, he intimating with me, he visited so many times but did not inform me and also. Whenever I am calling him not responding the call also.
Note: I would like put a consumer court for claim – ****** + My son * years study wasted. I would like file claim amount total : *,**,***.**.
