V-Mart is charging for Carry Bags and even showing it on bills. I am a regular customer there and makes big purchases every time and every time I am asked to pay for Carry Bags, even when you have done a large amount shopping. That's uncanny.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
