Good day,
I was in kangra pantaloons store ,and i have made purchase of INR **** approx ,and they have charged me for carry bag that is INR * , when i asked the sales person that you are not supposed to charge me for the carry bag , because it is clearly mentioned that it is their responsibitly to give carry bag to the customer, few incidents placed back related to same incident , seen by me on social media , which bring to my knowledge that company can’t charge you extra for carry bag, please help me and clear my doubts
