Perfect Cargo Packers and Movers - Cargo Company cheating not honoring commitments

I had send some furniture from Gurgaon to Lucknow using Perfect Cargo (http://perfectcargomovers.com/ Phone **********), first they overcharged me by adding insurance amount (of Rs ****) which was not shared in their original quotation. Still I paid them the entire amount plus Rs *** which they insisted and forced me that I should pay as a tip for their work, which in itself was not up to the mark (they even ate and left masala packets in my drawing room). Secondly, they did not have any proactive update on when the cargo will be delivered, I had to continuously followup for it. Eventually, when the cargo reached Lucknow, they did not assemble the furniture, which was paid for and included in the ***** I paid for logistics end to end. They just left it like that. When I brought it to their notice that they guys who have delivered it in Lucknow are not assembling it in Lucknow, they asked me to make them speak to the guys there, while they had already left from my home in Lucknow. These guys started to put the blame on me for not making them talk to the delivery guys in lucknow, and even abused me and threatened me when I got angry on the fact that it is there delivery person and they should have his contact and not depend on me to do a con-call with him. They abruptly cut the call on my face threaten me with consequence and claimed they will harm me because they have both my addresses.
