Hello Voxya Team,
Thanks much for helping me in the past. This time I have been scammed for services & not products. A Home Appliance Service Center by the registered name as per their website is "Customer Care Service" based in Mumbai & official email address is indiascustomercareservice@gmail.com
provide paid services for all kinds of home appliances. My Samsung Refrigerator model RT**KZRIH had a cooling issue. I googled for "Samsung Service Center for Fridge" & the link for this particular service center showed up so I contacted them on their registered helpline number *********** & they sent their their technician within * hour on **nd July'**, he attempted to repair the fridge & damaged the top of our freezer with his screw driver while he was opening the freezer panel of the Refrigerator, we found out that after we had paid him INR **** for the services. INR **** = *** fixed service charge + **** for spare parts. The technician's name is Sharukh Pathan based in Vadodara, falsely charged me INR **** for spare parts that actually cost only INR ***, I verified the cost from a Spare Part dealer. The technician informed us that he has replaced the biometer+ sensor+fuse, but actually he had only replaced the sensor+fuse. He refused to provide us with a bill for the services & behaviour was rude. Also the cooling of the fridge wasn't restored after the repair so I contacted the technician who ignored my calls, complained at Service center, they sent him again, still the cooling wasn't restored, he taped the damage he caused to the freezer & he informed the service center that it was already damaged which was a lie, again I had to complain & finally the technician blocked my contact numbers & I was scammed. I had to contact another local technician, pay him & get my fridge repaired that remained spoilt for * full days because of the pathetic service of the Service center & several food items got spoilt as well. To compensate for my loss the service center promised me a refund on **rdJuly evening, spoke to Bharat from service center & the next day when I followed up, Pravin Mali refused to process the refund informing me that the technician is refusing to refund the money. Originally I am the customer of the Service Center so they are primarily responsible for providing the customer with the best possible service & refund if the job is not completed. Plz help me Voxya team to get my refund of INR****, I have also attached all the proofs. Thankfully I had done the payment via UPI so I have proof of the payment. Also the whatsApp conversation screenshots + the spare parts replaced + Freezer damage.
