VIRAT PATHAK filed complaint against Paytm Payments Bank Limited on Feb 8, 2020
On referrral subscribed swap machine @rs ***per month in Nov from Paytm Payments Bank. It was communicated that **** is security amount which is refundable on machine return by the Paytm service boy.
Now Paytm cust care persons are saying that only Rs **** is refundable.
Secondly machine was disconnected on **th Jan but Feb month rental also deducted.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
