Sbi - Card services not closed as requested extra charges levied

My SBI credit card is already blocked on Jan **** hence I requested the card services to be closed permanently.
I made my last balance payment. But, again SBI credit has charged Rs. **** rupees ,for which I am lot liable to pay, but forcing me to pay.
