Meghna bar restaurant - Card payment processed but not acknowledged

Purchased * cans of beer from Meghna bar & restaurant, Hanuman nagar, akruli road, kandivili east. Paid via debit card and the transaction was successful and it was debited from my account but the man on the counter showed the machine which displayed transaction failed and refused to show their statement or provide receipt for the same...and the situation felt humiliating therefore I payed via UPI transaction and even that debited and both the transaction are displayed in my statement but not his. He eventually showed the transaction but it was from the restaurant's second account in another phone. He refused to provide receipt of the unsuccessful transaction and said enquire with your bank.
And this is not the first time, many users have complained.
Police station in the vicinity won't register a complaint saying it's a petty issue and asked to wait and inquire in the bank.
Calling the emergency helpline number for ICICI Bank, the CR Paras said your query requires technical support and they aren't available and asked to call the next day.
Mental harrasment and thrives at every corner. The restaurant failed to provide receipt after asking for it repeatedly and eventually they pushed me out.
