Shanker filed complaint against Agoda aqua hotel Miami Beach on Feb 23, 2021
Booked a hotel in Delhi through agoda. Card was charged for *****/- in favour or Retail Domestic PT but booking was not made. As soon as the payment was made the website page got lost reporting an error. Contacting Agoda customer care reg my refund but gtg no response.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
