Sbi Bank - Card blocked by SBI

I have tried to make a transaction on *th July through SBI credit card. They declined my transaction and blocked my card temporarily. Received a message stated that if you made this transaction please confirm by sending a message on the given no. I did the same. Next, I received a message we cannot process your request please contact customer care. I was trying to unblock my card by calling them. Every time I called they raised the issue or file the complaint said you will receive a call within ** hours. Neither I got call nor unblock my card. Now they messaged me if you didn't connect our customers we will permanently block your card. I again contact with customer care. They again raised the issue. They are doing nothing except torturing me. My payments got delayed because of their attitude. I have been charged by late payment fees. I am not gonna pay them a single penny if they will do the same thing again and again.
