Gautam Gaikwad filed complaint against Carcare India on Dec 29, 2018
Hello Sir/Madam,
I would like to register my grievance for the fraudulent act by 'Carcare India' company (A car service provider company based out of Gurgaon). I purchased the car service package on **th Dec by paying INR *,***/-, through their telemarketing channel, based on the explanation provided by their sales representative (Kunal)over phone, offer promised to me and the explanation available on their website.
Apart for regular car service package, I was promised by the sales representative below offers ( also messaged to me on WhatsApp) ;
- If I book on that day I would get **% cashback on the total value of ****/-
- The next day of booking I would receive the Sony parking sensor & Video kit.
Accordingly, after the payment, i received an email confirming the purchase of the car service package - Order No : *****
The next day i received a verification call too and i also booked the first service on **th dec. When i enquired about the gifts and cashback, i was told that it will be received within a day. but there there was no communication on this later.
As per booking i waited until **th dec, but they didn't turned nor did any communication in this regards. When i called them on **th they booked me another slot on **th dec. Again after enquiring about the cash back/gift, i was told they have communicated to their sales team and they will get back to me. In between i called them couple of times (+** ***-*******) , but everytime I got response that they will check and come back.
Even on **th dec they didnt turned up nor did any communication to me. I called them next day again and enquired @ their promise and attending person bluntly said," itna offer kabhi milta hai Kya". He said he doesn't know about this & asked to call the sales person who promised me. I requested them to cancel the order and refund my full money, on which he said it is not possible and i will not get any money.
In between , i tried connecting to the sales persons who called & messaged me through official mobile no. ( +** ***** ***** & +** ***** *****) suddenly was changed to personal no. the next day and is unanswered till date.
I am extremely unhappy with Carcare company for defaulting on the promise made to me. I would like to cancel this package and request your intervention and support to get my full refund as no promised was fulfilled.
