I have experienced very bad service and lost Rs. **,***/- during my Car service (dated March **, ****) at Popular Hyundayi, Kottiyam, Kollam, Kerala, My complaint is briefly as follows:
*. Without my consent and order, the above service centre charged Rs. **,***/- towards the 'outer body painting' of my car (invoice attached)
*. According to my consent order, I have to pay Rs. ****.** only towards the repair. But they have charged Rs. **,***/- towards the service, after a series of traumatic situations (*.** am to **.** pm on March **, ****)
*. Service staff threatened me and tried to forcefully sign in Bills/estimates/receipts to deliver my car from the showroom
