Honda - Car registration issue

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration with the recent purchase of a Honda Elevate from Landmark Honda Vapi. As a loyal Honda customer for over a decade, my experience has taken a sharp decline, causing considerable distress.

From the onset, the lack of expertise displayed by the sales agents was disconcerting. Despite requesting the most experienced person to assist with my inquiries, I was met with a new and uninformed sales agent, resulting in a significant waste of time. The urgency exhibited during the exchange of my old car disappeared once the transaction was complete, leading to unexpected delays.

The ordeal continued when, after two weeks, I discovered a critical mistake in the temporary registration certificate. The blame was unfairly placed on me, and the subsequent communication with an RTO agent from Surat revealed a lack of attention to detail. The erroneous entry of information has now left me entangled in a complex registration issue, preventing the release of my new car from the showroom.

Adding to the frustration, the showroom's refusal to provide a refund of my balance amount, as per their policy, is both unjust and insensitive. I find it perplexing that policies are rigorously enforced when it comes to customer inconveniences but conveniently overlooked when it involves a genuine request for a refund.

Furthermore, the misleading discount on the **** model, which was applied to my insurance, only became apparent later. This questionable practice raises concerns about the integrity of Honda's dealings with its customers.

At this point, I have lost my old car, my balance amount remains withheld, and the registration issues persist. This entire experience has been emotionally draining and has severely impacted my trust in Honda as a brand.

I implore you to address these issues promptly, release my new car, refund my balance amount, and reassess your policies to ensure fair and transparent customer dealings. It is disheartening to witness the deterioration of the once positive relationship I had with Honda.

I request immediate attention to this matter to alleviate the emotional and financial strain I am currently facing.
