Revv Cars - car provided to us was faulty and dangerous for which we have not received the refund of our booking

• Total Booking Amount Paid: ₹*,*** (including ₹*** for deep cleaning and ₹*** for a "Peace of Mind" trip protection plan)
Additionally, I fueled the vehicle for ₹*,*** and paid extra for returning home due to the car breakdown and negligence on their part.
Summary of Incident:
We started our trip around *:** AM and everything was fine until while returning, the AC suddenly stopped working and the car broke down in the middle of a highway. This happened with a truck right behind us, and it was only sheer luck that we avoided a major accident or potential death. I somehow managed to start the vehicle again and parked it to the side, as the engine kept shutting down repeatedly.
We then entered a nightmare with Revv’s customer support:
• We made multiple calls to the support team, and were repeatedly told we would receive a callback in ** minutes from their maintenance team.
• The first two support executives made us wait endlessly, and when we demanded help or towing, we were threatened that if we left the car, we would be liable for it. In essence, the company washed their hands off our safety and made us responsible for their faulty vehicle.
• On the third call, we spoke to Mr. Vishal Chaudhary, who again made us wait and only after arguments and frustration did he connect us to the so-called maintenance team after *.* hours.
• Revv has no real maintenance tie-ups – they Googled a nearby mechanic and sent a random person, who helped us jump-start the car and took us to a repair shop.
The mechanic, after inspecting the vehicle, informed us that:
• The coolant was blocked – the engine overheated dangerously.
• The battery was improperly fitted.
• The car was in such poor condition that there was a serious risk of it catching fire.
• The reverse sensor was not functional, and the tail light was already broken when we received the vehicle.
This vehicle should never have been rented out. It was clearly not roadworthy, and renting such a car is a criminal act of negligence.
We were stranded ** kms away from the city, and when we asked the support team what could be done, they refused to take any responsibility for our safe return. After repeated escalation, we were connected to Ms. Prachi Arya, a senior executive, who bluntly told us to leave on our own as the company would not help us get home or bear any costs.
We had to spend money from our own pockets, change multiple transports, and it took us over * hours to return home – completely exhausted, harassed, and mentally disturbed.
Key Complaints:
* Life-threatening negligence: The car could have exploded or caused an accident on the highway.
* Zero maintenance and poor vehicle condition: Mechanic confirmed it was not fit for rental.
* Horrible customer support: No timely help, threats of liability, hours of waiting on calls.
* No safe return provided: Left stranded ** kms away with no help or cost reimbursement.
* No refund or compensation offered, despite the fault being entirely theirs.
* Mental harassment, time loss, and safety risk.
I have video proof of the car’s faulty condition. We were forced to bear all fuel and additional travel costs, and now your company refuses even a basic refund or apology?
