Lakshya Gandhi filed complaint against Tata Motors on May 22, 2022
This is in regards to the booking of Tata Nexon XMA done on *th Dec'**(close to * months) and it is still not delivered. I am based in Bengaluru and my dealership is Key Motors, J.P. Nagar. I am getting no updates from the dealer on the delivery and it is really frustrating.
I was given the commitment for its delivery within **-** weeks( cost sheet attached). This has caused me financial and emotional trouble. I planned the purchase well ahead considering my parents visit in April. I have to be dependent on cabs for everything which is quite expensive and creates financial overhead.
The customer experience is really disappointing and that was not expected from this brand. Please look into the matter and check with the dealership to get it delivered before the end of the month.
