Wasan Motors Private Limited - Car Not Delivered in time of Subsidy Benefit

We had booked a Tata Nexon EV with Government Subsidy of Wasan Motors Tata Chembur on August **th ****. The Sales Representative assigned to us was Mr. Mayur Shinde. We went ahead to book the Tata Nexon EV because he had claimed that we will get the subsidy of the Maharashtra government that is offered on EV. However Till Today they have not delivered our vehicle and are now saying that we will not get the subsidy. Wasan Motors has also claimed that they have given cars out of line to many consumers due to political pressure or under the table offerings. I have recordings and evidence of everything right from booking of the car till today when we had a meeting at wasan motors chembur where they claimed of having no record of sales to provide.
