Agarwal Car Transport Private Limited - Car not delivered even after one month

I connected with the Agarwal car transport company after putting an online enquiry for car transportation from Thane to Odisha. The company promised Home- pick up and Home delivery option. Accordingly, one of their drivers came to my house and picked up my Figo car on ** Jan **. As per the agreement, the car was to be delivered within **-** days. However, first of all their team committed a financial fraud by asking me to deposit the money in some account - all the while using their official whatsapp account for communication. I raised a complaint with Cyber cell and that is pending. The so called Owner/director of the company spoke to me and told me that my car has been already shifted but he will give me access to tracker and deliver the same in * days as it is already in Hyderabad. I met him in his office and he confirmed his full cooperation in police investigation. Accordingly, considering my urgency, I paid him INR **K again via transfer to the company's account online. He confirmed that the car has been dispatched from hyderabad on *rd Feb, and will reach Berhampur on *th Feb. Later he informed that the car is at Vizag and will be delivered by **st Feb. Till today **th Feb, the car is not delivered. The driver whose number he has given told today that he has reached Bhubaneshwar without delivering the car at Berhampur (which comes midway, i.e. enroute from Vizag to Bhuabneshwar). This is causing lots of anxiety for my old parents as well as everyone involved. The carrier number given by company HR **L**** looks dubious. The promised delivery dates are long gone. Looks like a fraud case as we saw a similar incident by same company elsewhere, online. Request help.
