I never imagined that i will face such issue from such a good brand. I trusted KIA and booked SONET model in April, ****. They assured me that i will receive the car within *-* months and infact earlier. I kept my commitment and never forced them to provide it earlier and waited patiently for the time. After * months, i call up the showroom ( Frontier KIA located at Bhikaji cama) and ask them about tentative dates. They assured me that within a month or so will receive the car. Again when i called up, to my shock nobody responded to my call. I then went to the showroom and asked about the status and they assured me that next my car is in waiting and will receive before Navratri. Due to hindu tradition and hoping to get car on good day, i asked them to deliver in Navratri days and everyone like Mr. Akash, Ms. Vandana assured me for this. They again stopped responding, i made a visit to the showroom and sadly they expressed their inability to provide the car. They say that they can arrange for white color. I told them that I waited for so Long and booked for Intense red colour then why should I compromise.
It seems they were ready to make my experience more unpleasant and frustrating and i made runs to the showroom many times, called them up. Even the-sales manager Mr. Mohit promised me that by Diwali , my car will be there, since been more than * months. And what a pathetic team, till date I haven’t received the car or any intimation from the showroom that i have been allotted a car.
So, I am done with KIA. I have made my decision, i want my money refunded that is deposited for security and in future to be sure that never ever buy a car from KIA brand. If before buying only I am facing so many issues, so what will happen afterwards.
Sheer case of customer harassment , i want my security deposit cent by cent back
