sub: issues in getting NOC for my personal car loan

I Piyush Panodiya is a car loan customer of IKF finance having the car loan no. LXIND*****-********* ,
I took a loan of *,**,*** for which I had to pay Rs. **** /- installment in ** installments , i paid all my installments in time even during covid period , without taking any moratorium. But when in June **** after paying my last installment I applied for NOC to clear my car loan. The bank declined to act on my request and told me to pay two more installments for the moratorium that I took . But I haven't opted for any moratorium for the loan, neither IKF took any permission from me to provide any moratorium and didn't deduct the amount even when I was maintaining the balance in my account , even then excluding that moratorium of * installments i have paid all my due installments. I hope you will act on my request and will take immediate action in this regard, I have paid all my ** installments and wants the NOC from the institution. I hope you will take action in this regard.
