Global logistics express - Car is held by transport company

I had given car (JH**CQ****) to transport from Jharkhand to Thane. At that time, company agreed in **k including all charges and requested to pay **% in advance and remaining **% when car will reach to Mumbai. I paid amount accordingly but during delivery of car they asked to pay additional **.* k amount which I denied to pay. They held my car and are not delivering.
