Iffco Tokio General Insurance - CAR INSURANCE

This is to bring to your kind notice that my car met with an accident on ** Jan **** at Sohna Road Pahadi. A Tata Ace (Chhota Hathi) scratched the complete left side of the car and uprooted the front bumper as well. I took my car to service centre and informed the concerned authorities immediately. The surveyor visited * days later on ** Jan and approval message was received on ** Jan **** in which bumper is not covered. I wish to state that bumper was not damaged at before the mentioned accident took place. Though, couple of scratches were there for sure. The same can be verified from the clearance taken at the time of CNG fitting.
The insurance was done through policy bazar now neither policy bazar nor Iffco Tokyo is responding properly. I have been trying to call all possible customer care numbers but a complete harassment is suffered by me. Surveyor’s behaviour is very rude and non-considerate. Now, since my car is parked in service centre I am commuting through auto and cabs due to which I am suffering financials loses. I am a very humble man doing a private job and hardly able to meet ends.
