Point *:

This has reference to your letter dated **th October **** received via post on **th January ****, after a gap of more than * months. This is really shocking that a company like yours has sent such an important letter via normal post and not by courier.
I went through the detailed investigation about the delay in getting this letter from your end and after talking to your tollfree number, I got to know that there was an email from your office dated **th October **** but you had mistakenly enclosed some other person policy to my email which I could not understand at all.

ACTION RESPONSE AWAITED:

A) Why the letter to me was sent by NORMAL POST which took * months to reach and why not by courier or speed post to ensure immediate delivery of the communication that resulted in my policy being not active for * months?
B) Why wrong policy was sent on email dtd **th October and why there was no phone calls from your company to me to check if I have received any communication regarding NCB.
C) Will the company pay me the * month INACTIVE PERIOD AMOUNT of the policy and the DAMAGES CAUSED DUE TO MENTAL HARASSMENT that I underwent after receiving your normal post letter ?

Point *:

You have mentioned in your letter that my earlier insurance provider "godigit" has said that there does not exist any policy with number D********* because of which you have declined NCB of **% to me. This is totally false statement.
I am enclosing herewith NCB confirmation letter from godigit mentioning clearly the policy number D********* and NCB of **%.

ACTION RESPONSE AWAITED:

A) I need the correspondence communication that you received from GODIGIT, my previous insurance service provider wherein as per your communication they mentioned that my policy number D********* is not correct. This is very important for me to get this communication correspondence and IT IS MY RIGHT to have it as well. So, please ensure to act on the same and kindly arrange to send immediately without any further delay.

As you are aware that I am well within my consumer rights to ask for the above written explanation, I appreciate your quick response within ** hours on this, with all supporting documents requested above, failing which I shall be forced to take necessary further actions against your company in consumer court.
