Raman perumal filed complaint against MG on Jun 16, 2023
My MG Hector had a break down on a highway had to get road assistance to get the vehicle to the service center . The service center says it is a engine failure and will be done afinst warranty. I have been asking the service center to provide me with the reason for failure and take my concurance on what is the corrective action they are going to take but I have not getting any response from the service center . The vehicle has been with then since ** days
