Agarwal Movers Group - Car engine damaged and forged documents

Complaint No. is CP/****/******.

I have booked a consignment with you dated **.**.**** for my i** Car from Delhi to Bangalore, GC No. is WIGNNDLH******.

I followed with customer care, Sales executive and few more guys for *-* days and they were not able to track my car and saying it will be reaching today, tomorrow blah blah.

My car was finally delivered to me on the evening **.**.**** (more than the promised time of *-** days) with below mentioned problems:

*. Front bumper broken from right side.
*. Diesel tank from half to completely empty whereas milometer reads only *** km from the reading at the time of booking.
*.Car got started with **-** secs of self with lot of vibration on engine.
*. But the next day morning it didn't start at all, I have to call a mechanic and he said the fan wires were altered , engine oil is low, and the engine is heating, It needs engine repair.
*. I have found a ring, a pen and lot of medicine inside the car.
*. There was some affidavit from Army officer stating this car belongs to Army personnel and will be transported from Delhi to Secunderabad dated **.**.**** to avoid toll taxes etc.
*. That clearly proves that the car is driven heavily with milometer wires removed , it got engine problem and it was delayed, somehow managed to start and drive up to Bangalore.

Now my car is parked ,not able to start. I am facing lot of inconvenience due to the first delay in delivery and now the above problems.
