Ramani Auto Pvt Ltd - Car dealer delaying refund

I booked a Citroen C* car with Ramani Auto Pvt Ltd, Chennai by paying an amount of Rs.*,**,***/-. When I went to inspect the car after the PDI test, I found the car is * months old. So I outrightly rejected and informed not to proceed further. Since I liked C* model and its specs, I gave an option to the dealer to provide either a new car, Nov-Dec'** model or to refund the money. The dealer agreed and informed they will check whether they can get a new car. In the meantime, I also filed a complaint with the car manufacturer Citroen. Citroen promised to take action. But even after *-* days of my complaint being registered and many calls to both parties, they finally said they don't have a new car and they will refund the total money paid within three working days. Now its been close to two weeks and even now I don't see the money being credited into my account. Also, day before yesterday their sales manager made a false claim that they have already deposited the cheque into the bank and money not seen being credited into my account.
I have the proof of the amount paid and also all the telephonic conversations with the dealer being recorded.
