Chandra Hyundai - Car damage

I gave my car for service to chandra hyundai service centre lakshmi mills. My car had a clutch problem and required check up for the same. I even told to give a car wash and blow inside the car. When i received my car i only noticed a crack on the gear, i called the service person and asked for it. He told that they will not damage all those. I did not notice any furthur damage because i will not use AC while driving. The next day when i took my car i noticed that the left side of the driver's AC vent (ie) middle AC vent adjuster button was damaged and also the gear was cracked and added to that the left most AC vent button was also damaged completely. When i called immediately to tlak regarding this, the person who took the car for service was rude and forced me that i would have damaged myself.
