Car Care Maruti Suzuki - Car care Nadaun on Sujanpur Road cheated me very badly

I have back home from the tour. I have reached a local restaurant in Nadaun for breakfast. Unfortunately, my car faces a problem. Then I call a nearby service centre. They have to pick my car to repair. They check the car and said the front axel of my corolla car get broken. They ask me to wait for * days because they don't have the axel because the car was unable to run so I have given my car to them. After * days they said it will take one more day because the spare [part from Delhi didn't reach yet! I have waited * more day!].
Then the next day my brother go to the same service centre and check the car it was work smoothly everything was fine! Well at the end my brother asks for the bill they have said that the total sum of Rs. **** need to pay! My brother agreed but at the same time agency owner, Amit Rana starts to make excuses that he can't give the bill because his agency is not registered! My brother call me and explain the whole issue. I ask my brother to leave the car there and don't pay until they don't give us a bill. At the same time agency refuse to give bill and they have removed the spare part they have fitted and then start saying you can take your car they can't repair it!
Now, I want a serious action such a fraud person who runs a non-registered agency, even in the main gate, he put "Maruti Suzuki Authorized Service" how it is possible that.
After happening so much when I visit another local service shop, then the man there said that axel is repairable, axel is not damaged! I was shocked because Amit Rana agency said axel is broken and they made a bill of **** and same axel get repaired in just Rs ****.
After this when I try to ask the reason to Amit Rana why he did such a brutal incident with me, he totally disagreed with all the incident. He starts saying that he didn't pick any car for repair even I have the call records and also the CCTV footage that my car was in his service centre for * days!
I won't shut down his non-registered agency and took serious action against Amit Rana! For evidence, you can see the image I have uploaded and called him to ask for the bill. He will refuse. His contact number "+** *****-*****"
