I have booked a car through zoomcar, and also opted for trip protection plan. I met with and accident and now no help is provided from zoomcar's end. My vehicel broke down completely but no towing service nothing, even no customer service at all, calls are not connected, every time you make a call IVR says sorry we are unable to take calls at the moment...i met with an accideny at around * at night and i was waiting from some response from zoomcar's end, i have tried connecting through chat where we can only chat to bot, and getting response that we are calling you within ** mins, but no calls till * am, .so i had to call a towing service company and towed my car to nearest car service dealer ...they stated that it willl incur around **-**k t repair the car...still trying to connect to zoomcar by any means but unable to do so till now...pathetic, shame and what not...really disgusted with zoomcar...i will definitely file a case and will sue zoomcar for sure
