Today early morning I booked a bike to reach bhubaneswar railway station, the driver asked for substantially higher extra, on refusal, he abused me, used offensive and racially abusive language. He forced me cancel from my side and threatened to harass me. On raising the issue on app, rapido doesn't respond promptly and even without conversation marked my ticket as resolved. What safety they would hv provided if I wld hv taken that ride and wld being harassed in person
