Booked rapido bike three times at **.** in the night. Captains messaged they have arrived but in the route it showed they were not near the point. They gave miss calls. When called they did not receive the calls. Had to cancel each person n try for next as it was already late at night. So atlast had to take a regular auto which was god sent. This is not the first time they force us to cancel as we'll be fined for cancellation. And they don't have to suffer. They will still be paid by rapido.
