CAprep18.com - CAprep18.com lied and now not refunding money when I asked them to cancel order

The website/Institute made false claims/promises and lied in regard to their services. Before subscribing to their Super classroom Pack for CA Intermediate course the representative repeatedly lied that I would be provided recorded lectures from last years batches along with live classes but upon joining the course and paying the amount I found they lied. Secondly the lectures were incomplete and each subject had *-* chapters missing. Thirdly I am not even able to access live lectures and the supposed customer care team has yet not been able to solve my issue.

Upon realising their false promises and lies I requested them to cancel my order and refund my money on the same day I made payment ie **-**-****, but they rudely refused to do so. What was even more surprising was their arrogant and thief like tone when they said "We have received payment now we won't refund money do whatever you want". Their whole modus operandi seems like one of LOOTERS whose only job is to trap students by repeatedly calling them even when I refused to take their product(I got call from their Customer team *-* times a day continuously for **-** days).

My date of order is **th July ****(**-**-****)
I requested them to cancel my order without even using their service and refund money on **-**-**** itself

How can they refuse to reuse to refund money when I haven't used their service when the Consumer Court have ruled "Sold Goods/Services can always be returned.
