SUPERTEC CAPETOWN - Capetown cost escalation delay in project

I had booked a flat in Supertech Capetown at NOIDA Sector ** in Nov ****. The possession of the dwelling Unit as per the allotment letter was Apr ****. I have so far made a payment of ** lakhs. However since the project was delayed & in view of no intimation on development by Supertech, I lost interest & invested in another project. However now Supertech says that the project is complete & I can now take over possession in Aug ****.
After reading the reviews about the quality of construction & the miss management of the society, I now want to opt out from the project as I am not left with funds to buy a second property at this stage of my life. I have urged the builders to settle the matter out of court & pay back my dues which they are refusing to do so. Can you advice a way out of this mess Supertech has created for me.
