Meesho - Cannot return the order

I ordered product from meesho which was delivered on **th august. The product was of very cheap quality because of which I wanted to return the order for a refund. But as soon as I opened the app it showed your user verification is failed and you cannot access the app. We tried calling their customer care but they told that my meesho account is blocked and they can't do anything about it. They also didn't give any reason for blocking. But the problem is because the app isn't opening I cannot return my order. Customer care person just tells he will forward the issue to senior and they will contact me but no message has been received from their end. Tomorrow is officially the last date to return the product but i cannot do anything because of them. Please help me get my refund back.
