Ashok Tours Travel - Cancelling bus tickets during festive time

I had booked bus tickets from Bhilwara to Gurgaon on Aug ** and the ticket was cancelled and the operator gave a vague reason that the bus itself was cancelled.
Because of this I had to go using a car which costed INR ****. It was the weekend of Aug ** & many people go home.This gave the opportunity to charge extremely high fares later.
