Mavena - Cancelled order has been delivered to my customer with wrong product in it

I order western Gwon but I cancelled it after * * days the delivery boy call my customer that pick your parcel he picked but when open its a Sarees I told delivery boy that we cancel the product he did I not listen and told us to file for return in meesho app but how I file return if my order is cancelled I called customer care they told me * * working days you will get ur money and give me complaint no ******** so help me plz
