Big Bowl Chinese - Cancelled my order and not giving refund

Yesterday I had ordered food from Paytm ondc and had done the payment also. The delivery person called me I was unavailable to pick. But I called him immediately and he said he cancelled the order and I will be getting refund for the same. But he actually cancelled the order after * hours. We were waiting for the food and we either got the foood or the money back. Moreover the address was correct and we have ordered before in the same platform and we have got it delivered but this person didn't even come to our location. So i kindly request for the refund. Because we didn't even get the food.
