Go daddy - Cancelled my order after payment and locked my account without any pre alert and no valid reason

I created a account on godaddy hosting services on **-**-****, and bought a domain with the name of developjets.com and made payment by UPI, payment got successfull. then i used that domain for * days
and in morning **-**-****, domain is not working then i checked my godady account i am not be able to access them
then when i connect with customer support there is no one who can provide valid reason for that.
and i didnt got any valid mail yet for reason of this. they mailed me only we are cancelling your order. My client me are suffering from this. i got refund but didnt get my domain back. and now domain account is too much higher
