I have ordered * chocolates from the company "Ditch The Guilt" for Rs *** at **:** pm on **nd October ****. It was only after placing the order that I found out through people's comments on company's instagram account that the company is a scam and that almost all of the people who have placed an order have not received their orders. I then went through other social media platforms such as reddit and legal rights platforms to find the same complaints.
Also, there are no customer support channels to contact them. I had placed an order at **:** pm on **nd October ****, i.e. today, and it has been more than * hours since I had placed the order but I couldn't connect to any customer support representatives. Both of their email ids (info@ditchtheguilt.fit & info@nepenthe.co.in) are fake. Also, provided whatsapp support is of no use as they never respond there. Request for cancellation of order and receiving refund before ** hrs is eligible, but it is of no use when I cannot request a cancellation anywhere. It has been * hours of constant frustration and worries.
All I want now is to receive back my hard earned money, the amount of which is Rs ***.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
