When I tried to purchase the package they failed my payment and I wasn't able to access any content for * hours on **/**/****. I raised ticket through their customer service page and no one contacted my althought they mention that they'll get back to me within ** hours. Initially I took subscription for this number ********** and it was failed at their end. So I thought I would get a refund for the same and took another subscription using this mobile number: **********. I need a refund on this as I did a plan on another number of mine.
