Vlcc Banjara hills - Cancellation of the procedure

Hi, This is Amra Firdous from Hyderabad
I went for a full body laser appointment in vlcc banjara hills branch.
But they kept postponing my sessions and the staff was not humble they were rude and not helpful to me.
I asked them for cancellation acknowledgement as i was on emi through bajaj finance. But they denied to cancel said its not included in the vlcc policy. They replied that its between you and bajaj dont involve us. I just received one session that to after ** days of postponement. I have been reaching out to the vlcc constumer care i still didnt got any response.
I want the cancellation acknowledgement please do cooperate and proceed with the cancellation.
