Sri Bagyalakshmi travels - Cancellation of service and rude treatment of passenger

I have booked a ticket for myself and my two old aged parents(**, **) from Rameshwaram to Chennai on **.*.**.
Ticket No: TQAE******** at **:** hrs. I am a doctor, my father is a retired English professor, my mother is retired nursing superintendent. I received a call around **:** hours that agent was very rude to me, he told bus is cancelled, you have to make your own arrangements and travel by yourself to Ramnad else cancel the ticket. He hasn't made any alternative arrangements. I am at an unfamiliar place, a lady with two old age parents have been put through mental trauma by the agency. More than that he had treated me very badly which is not acceptable under any norms. I want immediate action and written apology from Mr. Geo, sector incharge of sri Bagyalakshmi travels, Rameshwaram division.
